Hard to put down

As always the content is good if not great but why do you need to put noting this cludgy App. For someone who LISTENS to every weekly edition of the economist in your App why not deliver it that way for subscribers. The Audio delivery / menus and access is terrible and gets in the way of consuming the content. Would also like to see 1.5x speed but that would be fixed if delivered via normal app.

I love The Economist. Id probably love this publication, too ... if it would download. Ive tried five times; it just keeps telling me there were errors during downloading. How do I get my money back?

Tried all night. Wont open. Supposed to be free to subscribers; screen showing price. Instructions in magazine dont work.

Tried for ten minutes, glad got print version in mail.

Horrible. Been trying to buy for over a week. Keep getting error message even after contacting support and getting an asset advising issue was resolved. Shame, this is one of the best publications there are, really look forward to reading it every year. But if I cannot download it, its going to be really tough to read. I hope somebody reads this and fixes the problem soon. Thank you Alex
